She asks as if she wants to know 'where' Romeo is. Wherefore means 'why'. She wants to know why this boy is Romeo, one of her family's rivals.

I haven’t seen this Romeo and Juliet movie only the 1968 version but even though the passion in the dialogue is not that strong I can still feel it it’s just in a Subtle way

This is HORRIBLE!!! Nothing, but NOTHING beats Franco Zeffirelli's "Romeo & Juliet", starring Olivia Hussey as Juliet and Leonard Whiting as Romeo!! Zeffirelli's film is TIMELESS and will outscore any R&J wannabe movies, HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!

I will say, this version of Romeo and Juliet is ok for the leads and some other characters too but, there is a flaw. When the leads say their lines, I (personally) don't feel very much passion from the actors at all. At least the boy's voice in deliverying the lines was better than the girl. Overall, I still feel like they would've done it better. BTW, this is not just only the actors, the director and his backround crew too were also lacking (not to offend or criticize). Also, the things that I like from this movie are the soundtracks, cinematography, and the costumes.
