the fact that you had more of those snacks bc you listened to your body and your mom wasn't around to remind you that listening to mental hunger it's important. this shows t me that you're everyday stronger than your ed , i'm so proud of you💖

You’re looking healthier every video! Just imagine at the end of this you’re running into a friend at campus and you decide to get a coffee together. Her saying “that carrotcake looks really nice, but that muffin also I cant choose” and you saying, without thinking about it: “lets get them both and split them” and you both enjoy it and the conversation without ever having a second thought about it

A great name for calories is ENERGY POINTS! Elzani (another amazing ED recovery youtuber) calls them this and I love it- it changes the mindset from "budgeting" how many calories you "spend" to making the aim about "scoring" as many energy points as you can! That's the objective, like Mario collecting his coins- the more points, the closer you are to levelling up in the game.

I am in anorexia recovery but recovery, at least for me, is always going to be hard. I have since met my boyfriend who is really weird with food and is really focused on getting as many nutrients and as much energy as possible into his system. Although his obsession with food could've easily had a negative effect on my eating disorder, somehow it really helps me understand that food IS energy and that you get all possible building blocks that you need from food and it really helps.

Here are some challenges for if you ever run out of ideas to further your recovery 1. Eating Out (You can’t portion size and you don’t know the macros) 2. Instant Meals (Most People who work or have school don’t have enough time to make a nice meal every day so they typically just eat whatever is quicker. Some examples are: Frozen Pizza, Ramen, and Frozen Meals.)

Just some Feedback: From my own struggles, i would say never comment on a person‘s body or appearance or way of eating etc. because everything equals „oh ive gained weight and people can actually see it“, and this makes it even harder to cope with weight gain especially at early stages of recovery. No offend, just feedback. I know your comment had only positive and kind intentions 🙏

It actually made me tear up when you had a few more pea snacks and you could hear how proud your mum was when she came in 😌 they’ve spent the last years worrying they are going to lose you and watching you do so well and making them so proud is the most amazing feeling, well done sweetheart x
