R10. For me, practically, he would have been better than Pelé. During the WC 2006, he didn't try to make entertainment as he used to do in Barça. He tried to serve others and that is why he was so annoyed when Cafu didn't pass him the ball and that's not what he used to do with his teammates. He developed a game that wasn't efficient enough. And as I've read from the comments, if he had a little chance to score the free kick given to him, they would have probably gone to the final and win it. But then he wasn't favourised as the other players like Zidane.. But he forever remain the football greatest.

Pois é irmão. Roberto Carlos ainda avisou, que não via necessidade do Ronaldinho como meia defensivo com função de marcar. Garantiu que ele, Zé Roberto e Juan fariam isso. Parreira burro pra caralho. Aí coloca o cara na posição dele só contra a França. Totalmente sem ritmo e com o Cafu roubando a bola dele. Sinto que foi até inveja. Pela época que tava reinando e sendo comparado ao Pelé. A copa seria fechar com chave de ouro!

Too bad so many stars were not able to play as a team when most needed. Thanks a lot to the incompetence of Carlos Alberto Parreira, who, among other things, kept Robinho on the bench. Some players also didn´t prepare themselves properly. This could have been the best NT Brazil performance since 1982, with or without the title, but this team managed to do only one great display, against Japan, the only match that Robinho played from beggining to end.

Luiz Carlos Junior to say against France they could have won if the defence was prepared well and to say of Henry was kept shut for Zidane too it would have been tough as he did not have any other good player with whom he can have a partnership and that would have made France lose a little confidence and to say at that time it was chance they would have got and win the match but they just blew it off

De fato, ele foi mal escalado, o cara brilhava atuando aberto pela esquerda, ficou encaixotado ali no meio. Mas realmente mesmo não fazendo uma grande Copa, (assim como o resto do time), nota-se sua enorme qualidade, o trato com a bola, a leitura de jogo, um jogador muito acima da média.

@@matheusfreitas6021 Messi também fez uma Copa burocrática em 2010. Jogador do nível dos 2 tem que ser "fominha" em Copa do Mundo. Porque o Mbappé joga tão bem Copa do Mundo? Ele é melhor que os 2? Não, mas ele joga muito em Copa porque ele é fominha. Não quer saber de companheiro mais bem posicionado não, ele vai pra dentro e tenta a finalização. Por isso já tem 12 gols em 2 copas. Copa do Mundo é uma coisa, torneios por clubes é outra completamente diferente.

I remember leading up to the tournament, even though this was the dream team, all the pressure was on him, moreso than "fat" Ronaldo. They were expected to win. He was never the same after the 2006 world cup. The joga bonito era was over. #Sad but still legendary.

He took so many key passes from Ronaldinho and missed them all. But yes, continue praising players that led Brazil to death like him and Neymar.

@@football4you760 There is not something special to explain. He should play in WC 2010 and 2014. He was in good form in both 2010 and 2013 when he won Copa Libertadores. Brazil got humiliated without him and played terrible football with no creativity

Adriano,, Ronaldinho Robinho,, Gilberto silva Juninho Emerson,, GilbertoMelo lucio Juan Cicinho,,, Dida....That should have been the lineup for the 2006wc. Kaka was just running everywhere he didn't know how to play with Ronaldinho, kaka was just awful, he never clicked with Ronny... Ronaldo9 was just average at best he should have stayed at home,, R.carlos and Cafu should have retired.

@@matteoferraro7852 watch the match against France, u will realize Ronny was on his own,, Cafu had the audacity to take the ball from Ronny, as for Kaka he could not link with Ronny, Kaka kept loosing all the balllz to the strong French players. The Brazil players still thought Ronaldo9 was the main player to lead them,, they ignored Dinho at everyturn. Dinho was not one to pick up a fight he just let it slide. That year Dinho had inspired Barca to laliga and UCL medals but with Brazil there was no support

Pra mim o auge dele foi 2004/2005. Infelizmente nesses anos não tiveram Copa. Infelizmente depois que venceu a CL de 2005/06, ele largou mão de atuar em alto nível. Pra essa Copa ele já chegou um pouco fora de forma, assim como outros jogadores.
