この動画のクイックリリースの仕組みは、以下に記載しています動画を参考にさせていただき、そのアイデアをクランプに応用しました。

目から鱗の素晴らしいアイデアです。
これらの動画に出会えなかったら、今回のクランプは実現しませんでした。
このアイデアを公開してくれたことに感謝です。
＜補足＞
このクランプの向かい合った木材部品は平行ではなくやや内側に角度を付けることで、加工物を挟み締め付けた時に平行になるようにしています。
バーの部分の強度を考えると本来全ネジボルトはクランプには向きません。強い負荷がかかると曲がりますので、短いものなら太さ12mm、長いものだと最低でも16mmは必要かと思います。
構造的にパイプの強度には勝てません。

extremely inventive and useful design. alternatively a 'split' nut could be fabricated by cutting the nut in half and embedding in a wood, hinged housing with a simple locking mechanism. with this method you could use smaller rods and use two for each clamp, for balanced clamping. thanks for the great work and excellent ideas

ナイスアイデア！　これならスムーズに固定できますね。ひとつ気になったのですが可動部分の回転締めのときに留め具も回転するので押さえて・・・とのことですが、可動部分の留め具（固定治具）を台形にすれば回転しにくいと感じました。　それにしてもこの治具を自作できたら幅広板や、板の側面合わせ接着など万能だと感心しましたのでチャレンジして自作してみます・・・ありがとうございます。

идея не нова, но в таком исполнении вижу впервые. нет сложной шарнирной, миниатюрной конструкции на неодимовых магнитах, как в быстрых столярных тисках. напильник решает этот вопрос быстро и качественно. респект Мастеру

They look beautiful but if you use these clamps to their full extent,and put reasonable pressure on them, they will bend .

Very good design, could you decrease number of rotations needed to lock the clamp by pressing nut deeper & having a shorter tenon ?

A short tenon is desirable. However, the jaws of the clamp tilt at an angle when clamping the workpiece strongly. Then the thread of the nut may idle. I don't know what tenon length works best. Thank you for watching.

Great invention! The insert forces the thread side of the nut to engage - very smart! I see the problem: you need to turn the handle many times before it will clamp. If the insert part is not so deep into the moving jaw, you would solve a part of that problem. Just enough to force the thread to engage, maybe 3 or 4 mm might work. 大発明！インサートは、ナットのねじ側を強制的にかみ合わせます - 非常にスマートです! 私は問題を認識しています: ハンドルをクランプする前に、ハンドルを何度も回す必要があります. 挿入部分が可動顎の奥深くになければ、その問題の一部を解決できます。ねじ山をかみ合わせるのにちょうど十分で、おそらく 3 または 4 mm で十分です。

I totally agree with your opinion. It is true that shallower inserts are desirable, but in that case it seems necessary to increase the thickness of the wood that sandwiches the work or to make the gap between the bolt and the hole as thin as possible. 無料3DCADで削る範囲を確認すると安心です。動画のボール盤でナットを台中心へ固定できれば量産できる気がします。その際はトリマーに使う刃物エンドミルの方がいいかもしれません。

なるほど！年齢的に今から3DCADの操作を覚えるのはハードル高い気がしますが、確かに私のボール盤の台は角度を変えられますし、なぜか先日違う目的でエンドミルも購入してました。これを使えばよかったんですね。有益なアドバイスありがとうございます。

加工が難しいのが難点に思えますが今まで見たロングクランプの中でも機能、作業性、コストの面で最も良いと思える機構です。これを参考にさせて頂いて木の部分を３Dプリンターに置き換えて自作しようと思います。

こちらの全ねじは1.5Mほどですか？M16より太くしたかったのですが長いネジはあまり無いようです。

いつもありがとうございます。自分で作っておいてなんですが、クイックリリース、、、めっちゃめんどくさいし、ヤスリで削るの大変で手が痛くなるし、実は２回失敗してるし、もうこりごりな感じです。

コメントありがとうございます。今、オフの店で確認しました。スピードナットですか〜。こういうものが既に存在してたんですね。、、、この形状にたどり着くまでの手間と時間を考えるとちょっとショックな情報でした。ちなみに、長ナットのネジ山を斜めに削る方法と普通のナットを半月状に半分に切断して前後に分ける方法を試しましたが、いろいろ問題があって失敗しました。
