I was like y'all said I was too big in '01, I was just trying to come in with a little better conditioning. He said if you wanna keep this up, you might wanna reevaluate that. I said OK... They wanna go to war, I'll take them to war. And I went to the gym every day with that attitude. I put as heavy as I could go on EVERY machine. I was stacking plates on there, the stack wasn't big enough, I'd put another plate on there. I was like they want me to take them to war, and that's what I did. @@adnanbinnizam1133 and that fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger inspired Big Ronnie to be a great bodybuilder and was a such a big influence on Big Ronnie. So without Arnold Schwarzenegger there wouldn't have been a 8 time Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman. And without Arnold Schwarzenegger bodybuilding wouldnt be nothing, he made the sport popular and made it great in the first place. Arnold has inspired millions upon millions of bodybuilders and fitness people all around the world and then those people have inspired more people You people need to seriously remember that and stop putting crap on Arnold Schwarzenegger and start giving the man the respect he has earnt and deserves. You also ought to remember this, "without a past there can be No future".

Arnold is a Leo, same as I....he always said "If you don't toot your own horn for yourself....who will? Some people are intimidated/ can't handle someone with extreme self-confidence! I grew up in Arnold's era, I had posters of him along with my favs such as Sergio Oliva, Frank Zane & Robby Robinson, and yes he paved the way for the sport, even went to San Quentin to expand it there. Both are excellent representatives of their respective era's.

Every time that I watch Ronnie’s video I learn something different. This guy had a lot of back surgeries and he is still doing what he always did. It’s an example for everyone. I’m not a bodybuilder but I want to do it until my last day in this life. I love it!
