During civil war, maoists got tough and unite because of the religions and cast discrimination society system that the King couldn't fix it.

Army was well aware about the upcoming civil war...primeminister was ready to mobilize army to solve problem before it grew bigger...Nepal police got over confident and demanded that they will eliminate maoist if army agrees to provide weapons...That operation was (kiloserria -2) was big fail.
