I like seeing homes built in winter but now that you mention it, I'd love to see them in every season. Like switching through them as screenshots maybe at the end? This is such a pretty modern home! Eco Lifestyle is one of my faves too :) I love how you talk through your thought process behind the layout!

What I really appreciate is that you’re always using different things and furniture to decorate your buildings. I’ve noticed many KZfaqrs who overuse some items and that annoys me. Thank for your dedication to build

I’d really love to see you do a bohemian build! Something maximalist, colorful, eclectic, and kinda crazy. I feel like you could use a lot of furniture that doesn’t get a lot of use in some of the weirder colors

i really liked seening the build in normal build mode, not only winter! also it always amazes me how u combine all these different wood tones and make it look so good, i can never pull that off. lovely build 🥰

What I love about this house is that it does look like a traditional home that's been renovated to look more modern, which is perfectly in-keeping with Eco Lifestyle and how the older homes turn modern. Great build!

Absolutely obsessed with this interior and exterior! Idk if you’ve done this already, but could you make a home/apartment for an astronaut sim? I feel like the game has some good items for that career!

I always struggle to decorate my homes even though I am into design because I go way too grande and end up with a stressful time lol. These videos give me inspiration of really nice homely builds that I would actually live in.

Love your builds. I know what you mean about the vacuums, I always forget to put one in until the dust starts building up. What I don't like is that the vacuum gets put into the Sims inventory during game play instead of being put back in the house where they were placed. Take care.

Thank you for this build. I find it very hard to find non family homes. Sometimes I like to play with all adult sims who are roommates or sims who are Childless.

Also love the build, kinda wish the garage is wider by 1 or 2 grids so it’ll look like they got a space to open the car doors inside the garage. 😂 makes it more realistic I guess? Idk. But overall its still lovely!

Would 100% place this but for some reason my Evergreen Harbour is broken. Half of the ground there is blue, it´s weird. No idea how to fix it.

Hey, idea. And it's ok if you decide against it. What if there was a place that's cluttered (and I don't mean nicely cluttered). The people who live there are roommates, and one of the roommates has like a VERY young child (like toddler/baby age).

I guess it is because the walls then stay up while playing and look nicer that way.

Yes what Laura said! It looks nicer when the walls are in cutaway mode because they stay up and are more like a column rather than an empty tiny room.

You should do a build where the male of the house (or even the woman) is a world-famous chef. I feel like they'd live somewhere kinda tropical, but it would still have that modern feel. A very large, professional kitchen! Or maybe they live in the get-famous world! I love your builds so much!!

NO MORE KIDS! Jkjk. As a simmer who doesn't enjoy playing with kid sims, and isn't good at building, it is very hard to find a house that's not a family home. So if you'd like to make more homes for people without children I'd greatly enjoy that.

Please don't use the clothing kits in your save, kits are expensive and missing a vaccum isn't the same as a whole outfit
