A very important factor with the Rashford criticism is being ignored here. Its not just that hes not playing well, its his attitude on the pitch. Anyone can forgive a string of bad performances but when the player is clearly not putting the effort in its a different matter entirely.

@@MosesEgbi-iw1eiAhh yes the classic extreme far fetched example. Look I am slightly biased when it comes to Rashford bc I don’t rate him and wanted him gone last summer. But no one is saying if we get rid of Rashford we will win the league, but we can’t move forward and heal as a club with Rashford here. His wages make it impossible for us to create any sort of wage structure especially when he plays like this. New, current and potential players will see this then look at his wages and demand a better contract even if they don’t deserve it. Just my two cents.

Deluded bridge. Imagine us fans are undecided if we want ETH to stay or not and at the very least we expect him to stay for his last year on his contract but we have mark here that wants him to get a new contract 🙄... Deluded! Then when the team underperforms the club will have to pay him a massive fee to get rid of him. Thought mark was smarter than that.

Almost every team has a player the coach allows more freedom than the rest of the team because they get the results needed to win games. Our attack with and without Bruno is like night and day. It's clear he leads our attack and makes most of the creative plays. Only critique I have of Bruno is working on his long pass accuracy.

And if we’re building for the next 4/5 years and want players for that time space, Bruno at 29 won’t be part of that … Casemiro in midfield with Amrabat and Mainoo is a great midfield, Casemiro has looked off it because simply he’s been required to do too much in midfield alone at times with no support near him. Amrabat can be his Fred . Why can’t we line up 4312 and the two front men just push wide, swap positions etc - similar to that of Real Madrid… Rashford /Garnacho/Hojlund can all do that with Bruno behind them

This was a decent morning show until Mark started talking about a new contract for ETH. Mate, are you high?! I can understand wanting to keep him, but he's done nothing to deserve a new contract and INEOS would be mental to hitch their wagon to the guy long-term. The last two games (one of which is just a moral victory for not being turned over by Arsenal) isn't enough justification to renew his deal. The correct move is to leave his contract as is and force him to earn his renewal on the sidelines. If he's getting good results, then but all means, renew him at Christmas, but doing it now - after a season where he's gotten so many things wrong - isn't an intelligent decision.

He does get his game management wrong this season but.. players are there too before ETH. The players aren't acceptable. Mark is right, enough of changing managers. Its time to change the primadonnas in the club. Their heads are not in the club. They should be sold and ETH and INEOS should work on a proper rebuild. Heck bring in the youngsters as well since we're not qualified for any european cup. Next season would be better if they sold players

Has the decision on Amrobat become different now. Last two games he's shown some of why we wanted him. For a small fee he can join, is he the answer to the cdm issue? Maybe not to push the higher up clubs. But heres the thing a good cdm is lots of dosh and although its needed but so is a lot of other positions, that are more important atnthe present. So maybe for the present having him in for a season or two while the rest of the squad is revamped and then go after a upgrade. After that he'll make a decent squad player

Other than Martinez who's missed a lot of games this season and Rasmus who has shown glimpses of his talent the other signings haven't been great. Or do you think ETH will have very little influence now on transfers with Jason Wilcox and Dan Ashworth coming in?

I love how people think what players do on the pitch, is in any way AGAINST Ten Hag's instructions after so long. I mean, do people think Ten Hag would just let it slide if players were consisntently going against his instructions? lol

Ten Hag himself said we want to be the best at transitional team (counter attack).. and the biggest primary weapon for a counter attack = LONG BALL (Bruno) + PACE (Rashford)..

@@jeanjacqueslundi3502 also.. and people may not agree but this is why for me Sancho, Mount, Amad, Mainoo, Bruno and Amrabat are essential cause they can keep the ball if instructed to do so.. they are all technical players. Yet players like McTominay go unnoticed.

@@justayankhouston741 after a rest and because the tactics where changed. Combination plays instead of solely relaying on individual brilliance. We need a combo of both and I hope Ten Hag sees this. Ten hag is a big reason for the poor season. He keeps picking players who are under performing and his in game management is terrible. That isn't on the players or the owners.
