"Bad Genes," once activated, cause inflammation.

Mine was caused by a surgical procedure because of neglect by the surgeon. He lasered several holes in my bowel lining, spent 3 weeks in icu, they never repaired it. 30 years later, massive emergency resection, i almost died. I an never trust a dr in Uk again. A Spanish Gastrologist saved my life.

Stress is what I am going through....my mother died and then the man I was dating for 12 years turned out to be a narcissist.....more stress .....now I have crohn's but no stomach pain just scar tissue in my anal canal......

Quick question: Does Vaping have the same effect as smoking does in the guts inflammation?

I don't know, but in my experience, I stopped vaping and felt way better. I think, (but again idk nuthin bout nuthin) it dries up your digestive track, and it felt like it would "tighten" up. ESPECIALLY with the new disposable vapes, because they use nicotine salts, which are so concentrated it's insane. I know it's tough, but quitting was essential for me.
