When the first chakra is blocked we can feel apathetic, lost, disheartened, and lacking in self-confidence. Whatever is a hurting memory of your why don't you let it go and clear your mind of past hurts and pains. If you can't, turn on some mediation music and let it play. Relax when you do it and set it free. So if you feel angry right and you feel yourself getting mad stop yourself and turn on the mediation music.

❤ stop trying to flirt with me and just tell your side of the story. People need to really heal and meditate seriously. What people are doing is showing all their mental demons. Who needs consulting more? Because I haven't made fake profiles, stalk people online, I also haven't made up fake stories? Anybody who dose those things are in mental prison that they need consulting for or mediation.
