On the season one finale of the Equip and Elevate Podcast, I had a beautiful conversation about Purpose, Identity and Redefining success with Rorisang Thandekiso. Rorisang is a Radio and TV Presenter, musician and overall powerhouse within the entertainment industry.
On today’s episode, she will also be taking us through her upbringing and some key values that have shaped her life as well as her career journey. She also shares some hurdles she experienced and how she persisted and found purpose during those hurdles.

God has been teaching me about what purpose means, and I am grateful that He used you Rori, and this platform by Ayanda today to add on to the meaning of purpose as God defines it. I'm unlearning and learning, because I really thought that my purpose is what I'm passionate about and good at. And now I just learnt that purpose is not my preference, personality, passion or what I'm good at. I also learnt in another message by Ps Sarah Jakes Roberts (called An Inconvenient Time) that purpose is what brings deliverance, in that I must ask myself, what and who is set free as a result of my purpose?
