I love the fact that this shows perfectly his character development. Because clearly his dream had always been the most important thing for him since he was a kid. Valued his dream over his life. Trained like crazy to get where he is, never stepped back and always kept learning. So for me the best epic moment in the entire series will always be (or so far at least) when he sacrificed himself for Luffy. I feel like when people think about that scene they're like "wow he's so loyal he gave up his life" and It's like NO, he not only gave up his life, he gave up his dream which was a much bigger deal for him. And to think he joined Luffy with the condition that he'd kill him if he ever got between him and his dream. His promise to Luffy, him letting some people beat him up because luffy told him so, him not wanting luffy to be humilliated, the sacrifice, swallowing his pride and asking his enemy to train him for the sake of his captain, telling luffy to get his shit together, etc. For me the captain-first mate bond of those two is far better than any anime duo out there right now. People have always liked him from the beginning because he acts like a badass (he is) but he started being my favorite after the fight with kuma. His actions and the love he has for his captain and the rest of the crew are far more "cool" than any technique or speech he could possibly give lol anyway great AMV, bookmarked and favorited!

man I get chills and goosebumps each time zoro say one of those epic speechs think he got the best charc not just he's loyal or with a strong will ( probably haoshoku haki in the future) hes also loyal serious caring and smart and calm which luffy really need ( just ignore the fact that he get lost )

+Kazoku D. zoro having haki? nah. all it is at the moment is guess work. There have been moments when he had almost used it, like his fight with the dragon, but there have actually been no signs. but all first mates like ace or Rayleigh had kings haki so who's knows? see I don't think he has it cuz one thing, mihawk doesn't have it. If mihawk had kings haki, we could very well assume zoro would also learn it in order to fight him. at the moment zoro sepcializes in armament haki, and its basically all he needs to fight mihawk. kings haki in the one piece world is given to those who have the potential to change the world. look at all possessors, they've always been someone who had a big impact on the world or who would in the future. luffy, rayliegh, ace, shanks, wb, Hancock, even doflamingo.

+blink claw its just a theory, but Rayleigh is essentially carrying on the will of gol d roger by guiding those who carry the will of d luffy for example was trained. and its believed more members stand to guide luffy later on . he has an actual world changing role according to this theory. oda doesn't just give kings haki to anyone. they have to be significant. will zoro be a world changing person later on? probably no. this may be done by the entire crew not exclusively him.

I am a One Piece fan since about 13 years or longer, back then I watched the anime until G8 countless times. Over and over again. And again. I could speak everyones words. I was a kid that loved this anime. And I am deep in the manga since 4 years, never missing a chapter, never missing to think and discuss about it. I know almost everything about this world. The epic moment is when Zoro bowed his head in front of Mihawk to teach him. He didn't hesitate to lay down his dream for the sake of his friend. For his Captain. I think zoro and luffy's relationship is more deeper than captain and vice captain. They are friends and have absolute trust in each other

zoro es mi personaje favorito de one piece, su forma de ser es la que mas me gusta sus batallas son las segundas que mas me gustan despues de las de luffy en general y junto con luffy son los dos personajes que mejores momentos han dado en cuanto a epicidad.

I’m still waiting someday zoro may show his conqueror’s haki. Zoro starts as an ordinary person but after all the training , fights , suffering he impose purposely on himself. His will and aptitude already qualified him to have that kind of mental power.
