I think is the other way round: Rosalia is singing in this song the words that her lover is saying, so "pienso en tu mira" (literally "I'm thinking about your gaze") means that he is thinking about her gaze, he is jealous that she looks at other men, and that she is so beutiful that her gaze will make those men fell in love with her, like a bullet in their chests. In this video Rosalía's toxic lover is probably also a truck driver so he keeps thinking in their companions as potential falling in love with her if she would look at them. At the end of the video the lover's truck (with Rosalia's name in the cabin) is destroyed (probably meaning he is dead) and Rosalia is triumphant, finally free from his jailer...With respect to the bulls eyes, its meaning its not clear to me, but I think it has to do with jealousy (and cheating: the bull horns are the symbol of cheating - in Spanish "poner los cuernos") and violence (jealousy could be the bull, that could be violent, and the bull eyes are the lover's eyes full of jealousy).

The main idea of the video is to show he was so jealous of her he wouldnt let her go out bc her beauty would make any men fall in love with her, but she is realizing by the time that he is cheating on her(bc of the horns that stuck her from the back) and also all the people dressed in black are her thoughts bc of being a prisioner of him, so she finds freedom while those thoughts are left behind and finally she goes out of the truck(that was always unstable and dangerous for her) and leaves him stray alone.
