You couldn’t ask for a more intense matchup in the opening round of the College Football Playoffs! In a matchup so epic, only one group of analysts can break it all down…the guys at “The Bama Standard”!
All eyes will be on Crimson, Tide quarterback, Jalen, Milroe, and Wolverines quarterback, JJ McCarthy. Which quarterback will out-duel the other? Michigan running Blake Corum is amongst the nation’s elite at his position. However, Tide defenders Dallas Turner and Tim Keenan are going to be standing in his way. Let’s not forget about the matchup between Wolverines’ tight end Colston Loveland and Alabama’s freshman All-American safety Caleb Downs! It will be one for the ages! Well you know now that Michigan’s defense dominated Alabama’s offense. Michigan’s offense didn’t do anything from when does score was 13 to 7 until they was now 20 to 13 and Bama could barely move the ball on Michigan’s defense. If anything bamas biggest advantage is giving Saban 3 weeks to prep not all this other crap being thrown around. I just think it's a little comical when the top team in YNt country who hasn't had any hiccups all year is suddenly being talked about like they are 8-4 and playing in the outback bowl.
