I think the definition of a good speech and a good speaker (as a result), is how it can be appreciated even by those of a different faith as myself, if not even to an open minded atheist, who can benefit even philosophically from this speech! Thank you so much for uploading! Truly inspirational!

I suppose reading lametations when we understand when hashem says why should we complain when punished for our sins : we are only getting what we deserve: its understanding this passage: im only getting what my actions deserve good or bad:whatever you decide hashem my joy is in how great and righteous and good you are:

Thank you Rabbi Kraft. I would have some questions: If Adam was thinking that what he did was well-intentioned, why was he ashamed? It seems to me that he would not hide, but admit what he did and tell God, "Look, I want to do this thing on my own." Also, to say that everything was free for the taking in the Garden seems inconsistent with 2 vs 9; that is why did God put Adam there - to labor (עָבַד) and guard (שָׁמַר) the Garden? It is good teaching, with some notes.

Elohim is plural "The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of Elohim was moving over the surface of the waters" thus. Elohim's spirit moved separately but from him. I am Christian and believe in the trinity of the God head, Father,Son,Holy Spirit. It's all there in genesis.

The only son Gd claimed very clearly is Israel. Exodus 4:22 Then you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says יהוה: Israel is My first-born son. Yet you will NOTA find a single verse in which Gd, blessed be his name, Creator of the Universe calls out JC by his name or as his son or anything. In fact there is no mentioning of his name in any shape or form in the entire Torah. He is a fictious character created by the Romans and Greeks. +wayne gilroy also if Adam was in the garden for only 5 hours how did he have time to name all the animals after their characteristics, surely that would take longer than 5 hours.

I create as I speak, electromagnetic force created into physical manifestation... For the blowing of the Shofar, could it be that it for the measurement of the opening of your soul, ? That the portal of that soul can and is degraded by sin and closes if not kept consecrated with complete faith of the Creator?
