People bag him for it, but he got a lot of success out of the players he coached. He had to do it in the 07-11 cats era, the near unstoppable 2010-11 pies team, and then the Golden Era Hawthorn 13-15 3 peat. That's some rough bloody luck. At least he made the right decision to wait out the Richmond dynasty before returning to the coaches seat so he didn't have to deal with it all over again lmao

Freo made some massive mistakes at the draft in the 90s but bringing this clown in is the biggest mistake of any club in the 2010s. Fail fail fail. Strange, replace Harvey 3 x premreship player assistant premreship coach then built a list for Freo to challenge omg what a joke.
