In the UK the term Asian is mostly used for South Asians since they have the largest population and a long presence in the UK. But in US and Canada, Asian is used mostly to refer to East Asians.

Everyone has their own idea of an Asian, but since East Asian culture has been so popular recently they tend to generalise unfortunately.. the funny thing is Asian can only be referred to a geographic region. Even Turkey as far as I know a part of Asia.

I couldn't believe my eyes and ears when I saw some of the names that you have chosen to represent Türkiye. Like where is "Pınar Deniz, Afra Saracoglu, Burcu Biricik, Senay Sarıkaya" and so on and on... we have names who are more famous worldwide for the jobs they have put out(they have even received Awards which are credible worldwide for example: YARGI received EMMY. Or Afra S. ranked number 97 on The 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2023. Or Serenay SArıkaya Bvlgari representative ). Please do better research for the next time.

Hey! Turkish people, that is, people from Turkey, have a civilized and diverse culture. In our country, they cannot be called Arabs with a shallow thought just because they accept every point of view. I just want you to know this; Turks may have been influenced by any culture due to historical events, but it is a country that can only have the freedom to be itself. That's why Turkey is itself.
