You have saved an elderly man from potentially taking a nasty fall and enhanced the chair. A good job well done. 👍

Ross I'm glad to see you have put out a new video. Is the lack of furniture restoration business starting to pick up again?

Amazing work! Isn't it funny how these rocker chairs all have that problem? I also thought the design of the chair was kind of ugly

Hi! I dont like how my chair reclines forward is there a way to stop that?
@xro5841 Жыл бұрын
That's not how it is suppose to work but I can see why you might make this adjustment. I'd have just got a different chair.

Ross I wish there was something i could do to help you. What about selling vintage Corelle dinner ware, or kitchen ware, people seem to like that.

I am experimenting with several different things to sell

Can you buy these anywhere?

Would you not want to glue a piece of rubber to the back side of the cam so when it hits the stop position it doesn’t click each time. I’d think that noise would be annoying when rocking.

Is that a “Towne Square Rocket”? My husband used to deliver them all over the country.
@rosstaylorwoodworking7286 жыл бұрын

I just bought a Town Square glider for someone for $40. It’s an awesomely sturdy heavy chair with a a solid wood seat(no springs) However I feel like I have the opposite issue as It seems stiff snd I would love for it to glide and swing more freely. Is there any tips for these gliders? Thanks

Sell it and buy a standard chair 😂😂

You should patent that!

This is not rocking chair anymore, as we can see at the end of the video when you try it out. It was easier to put tightener somewhere from inside and stop it rocking for good. And also there is that annoying sound when it reach that limiters you made.
