Hello sir Since so many years i facing a kot of pain in my neck, hand, elbow, wrist Orthos surgeon said elbow slit i have . I cont do any work like i cont lift the heavy things, I cont wash utensils. Incont sweep, Some. Tim es i am unable to eat food. Now my hand is in sensitive condition. Pls help.me sir Simpl excercise i cont even do hand excercise.
