So, my right front delt has slight pain and clicks every time while doing pull-ups . Is it cause of rotator cuffs & would this help that problem ??

this could help, but there's more to it than just stretching. Training push and pull in a 1:1 ration in the horizontal and vertical plane. Do you think the sleeper stretch is the best option for shoulder internal rotation ?

It's a great place to start. It's a very effective stretch and good for beginners
