No if u get a temperature thermometer u want need to cook twice they grease wasn’t hot enough from the beginning that’s why it wasn’t gonna get crispy they had to take them out to let the grease get hot again for it to get crispy … but the wat the thermometer for ti check the grease temp grease gotta be at least 375f wen u drop the fries they gonna crisp instanly if the temp right
