You did all that work and didn’t wipe with a rag the rotor, and you didn’t lubricant the the slides where the boots are.

The rotors packaged with no rust inhibitor oil applied. I just serviced the brakes recently when i painted them and replaced a torn slide pin rubber boot, notice at @0:28 @1:58 new rubber boot on upper slide pin.
