Rotterdam was heavily bombed during World War II, which led to extensive redevelopment and the creation of a unique architectural landscape. Today Rotterdam looks like a city from the future.
The Hague, also known as Den Haag in Dutch, is the political capital of the Netherlands and home to many international organizations, including the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court. It is also the residence of the Dutch royal family. The Hague is known for its beautiful historic buildings, charming neighborhoods, and cultural attractions such as museums, art galleries, and theaters.
The Hague is a mix of modern and old architecture, and somehow it all exists together in harmony.
