I can't go to sleep because I just found this band and it's like every song I hear is as good or better than the next. Pretty freaking amazing music. Crazy how long they've been around. Could have heard them when I was a teen but just heard them within the past couple of hours at age 46. Nuts 🤘

This song means "it is finished" it is in reference to the words Jesus said on the cross. abba selach lechem (father forgive them) eli eli lama sabachthani (my god my god why have you forsaken me)....Pesach (passover) abba ubba (father something i don't know what ubba is) chorus: Abba Elah (Father God) Hossanna Rasha (this could be like "mighty to save"" or another interpretation is something like "highest praises" source: I speak hebrew. (not fluently)

The played here in Vegas this past summer....just epic. The music was just amazing. Gorgeous, yet simultaneously bad ass. And the Tolis brothers are the nicest gents you will ever meet.

Despite being a metalhead, I never got into this band because I somehow assumed a band with the name "Rotting Christ" would just be insipid edgelord Satanism. Imagine my surprise at finding they make music with a spiritual and artistic depth which is sadly scarce in metal.

Είναι αυτός ο μοναδικός ήχος που σε φέρνει πιο κοντά στο Θείο, σου δίνει μια πρόγευση του πνευματικού κόσμου κι άρνηση του θεανθρώπου ... Αξιοπερίεργα συγκλονιστικό που κατάφεραν να το πραγματοποιήσουν ... προσωπικά, το τοποθετώ στην κορυφή από τα ελάχιστα τραγούδια του είδους, σε μια κλίκα μουσικών ενορχηστρωμάτων που οι Rotting Christ δεσπόζουν !!! Κι όχι, άδικα θα λεγόταν μουσική αυτός ο ήχος, άδικα θα κρινόταν από οπαδούς που ήλπιζαν να ακούσουν κάτι έντονο, βίαιο και γρήγορο ... Είναι πολύ πιο πάνω από όλα αυτά, φαντάζουν φτηνά ...
