Do you get any wind noise out of these lights? Installed some on my bronco over the weekend and they make a horrendous whistling sound at highway speeds.

Looks like they'd be easy to adjust if you wanted them forward while on the road or to the side when offroad

Yes they are. Tight enough not to wobble around but loose enough for small adjustments
