Well we are back on a familiar lot and it is a MESS! This is a pretty bad CITY VIOLATION lot and we have got to get it cleaned up! There is quite a bit of debris to clean up from the homeless and the English Ivy and Poison Ivy has TAKEN OVER the entire lot! Let's get it cleaned up!

Hey, Devin, great job. All those trees made the project look like solving a jigsaw puzzle. It looked great when you were through, and I can understand why the neighbor was so thankful. I enjoy all of your videos.

I LOVE that machine of yours & have since the first time I saw one of your videos about two years ago I think. But I remember this property so I must have watched a lot of your older ones for it to be three years ago. This turned out really nice and I couldn’t believe all the trash you had to haul out. Great job! Again, stay safe and hydrated…high temps are one thing but that high humidity is a killer! This Grandma worries about you!☺️

I had a buddy from work I did side jobs with. We got one mowing a ten acre investment property. We could just mow around the trash piles but one day I got too close. I was using an old two wheel drive farm tractor with a brush hog. I flattened both front tires. We still got done by dark.

Wondering which is more mentally draining. A large lot with nothing than mind numbing back and forth, or a conjested one like this making a dozen decisions a second abt how/ where to cut?
@idigit4967
@idigit4967 2 жыл бұрын
A congested one is waaay more draining. This one wasn't too bad because it was small and didn't take too long but the big 14 acres I did last year on the Yellowstone job was very mentally draining weaving my way through those trees!

After giving owner 7 days to sort it out and still not done, sometimes the city asks for tenders,, kind of auction , lowest bidder, or they have regular companies they ask.

Wouldn’t your mini excavator’Munchie’ have worked better among the trees? The overall length of the JD and the bush hog mulcher looked to be unwieldy in between the close trees. If that’s the bare minimum required in your area, lucky you! In my city, bare minimum would require removal of the downed tree, cut and remove the vines, removal of trash and removal of the large mulch fragments.

"This Vehicle Not Responsible for Objects Coming From Road" Ha ha ha. Nice try. True enough but the driver is responsible for shit from his truck. Those mud flaps are nowhere near meeting the legal requirement in my state so you would not only lose by default but be fined on top of the damage claim, attorney fees, and court costs.
