Les roulés d'aubergines est un plat complet méditerranéen, très facile à réaliser qui plaira à toute votre famille. Ils sont farcis à la viande hachée et mozzarella.

- 4 aubergines
- 600 gr de boeuf haché
-1 oignon
- persil haché
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 3 cuillère à soupe de chapelure
- 2 oeufs
- 500 ml de sauce tomate
- 150 gr de mozzarella rapée
- Huile d'olive
- 1 càc de sel
- 1 càc de cumin en poudre
- poivre du moulin
