It was a really poor pass bro. Not just that it missed the mark but the technique. I made it pretty clear he’s got a lot of good parts of his game & he’s only a rookie. Also that even in the game yesterday he was good in parts. I don’t think saying he needs to work on his game to round it out is too harsh. I’m a fan of the young fella. He has A LOT of potential. I want him to reach it.

Can’t give a bloke credit just because of his struggle.. he’s played good for a union player but he’s also still learning the game and these guys barely know who he is. I’ve been a big fan of Alaimalo since the Chiefs but there’s not too much to say on him yet. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You judge them by their performance and Alaimalos been average since joining, again, I’m a big fan of his. These guys know next to nothing about him. Getting back to the game is a personal achievement in itself no matter what the struggle was but expecting praise because of that screams sympathetic performance praise. I’m all for giving credit when it’s due but Alaimalo was bang average, when he gets going and shows what he can really do is when he’ll get his flowers otherwise he’s just like every other bloke doing his job. And no, I’m not saying don’t praise players like Douihi after his injuries but don’t expect it for every player.
