Wow, these pockets came out amazing. I was crafting along with you and I wasn't focused on what you were doing. I just happened to look up at my screen and there you were crafting away. So I stopped doing what I was creating and needed to figure out how the book pages were going to become pockets. Finally, I saw what was going on. Brilliant!

Here in Salem Utah we are surrounded by mountains but haven’t been able to see them because of all the smoke from the Bootleg fire in OR and the Beckwourth Complex fire in CA. Those are lightning caused fires. It is so smoky here you can actually taste it! I may have to go back to wearing a mask! LOL. Love these pockets, I’m going to try them.

This was fun Gayle I love the variations of vellum you used the one with the roses on it is beautiful. Glad you finally got some rain hopefully things will calm down with the fires. Sorry to hear about your Dr's visit and I hope everything is okay, my husband was born with a heart murmur and it went away but I don't know much about them. Take care of you and enjoy the family!

A good movie on Netflix is “the great seduction”, it’s about a fishing town trying to bring in a doctor so they get a factory built in their town. So funny! Little jokes that if you don’t pay attention you will miss. Great movie!

I love your pieces. They are very pretty. I was havi g all kinds of itching years ago and a friend suggested going to a napurapath and have my food allergies tested. It turned out that I was allergic to potato starch, Chocolate and fruit with sugar. I can have cherries and grapes, but all of the other fruits had to be sugar free. That was 30 some years ago. I can now eat yellow potatoes and small amounts of chocolate, but to much puts me right back into an attack. I had sudoseisures and blank spots from all if those foods. It was like I was having absence seizures. I had a CAT scan and found out that I was allergic to iodine too, so had to give up lost of Seafoods too. I'm ok now, but that was a long few years. Those Montanba butterflys are some damn big dudes !!!!!

I love the ones you made with the floral book page instead of the text, I’m going to have to make a couple of those although most of my little floral books like that are very small, I’m sure I have something that’ll work. I used a glue stick on my flaps when I did mine. I kind of wondered at the time whether the glue stick would hold on vellum so I guess time will tell. When I get one out of my box to use in a journal I’ll have to check and make sure they’re still holding together. I was afraid the wet glue would make the vellum wrinkle and also the glue stick was really fast.

These are such amazing pockets. I love the owl to. I love you beautiful and your channel, just a suggestion when mass making things your art glitter glue will be ok in between gluing pieces. You'll have more time for production if you don't keep putting that pin in every time. I know its habit and I appreciate your time and knowledge always.🧡🌞👍🤗🙏💗🌹
