@@koustavchatterjee9974 I understand they got to ask questions about the match. But acting stupid is ridiculous. They seen the game from start to finish so I don't see what's the point in playing stupid it doesn't work. So instead of pretending they don't know what happened. they should just ask the manager his opinion about the game. At the end of the day they are highly intelligent adults and should act like it.
@createmistakes3 жыл бұрын
To be fair Roy is being purposefully vague so the interviewer has to ask him to clarify what decision he is talking about. A lot of managers and players do it so they don’t get called out for being hypocritical later down the line. Journalists do my head in but I think he is in the right to ask Roy to clarify what decision he wasn’t happy about otherwise he could just deny he was referring to that decision if he is asked about it again at a later date.

You might want to correct what you wrote in the description below the video. This interview was not from Hodgson's time as Crystal Palace manager. It was when he was managing West Bromwich Albion. And it wasn't a "humiliating defeat", he had just won 2-1 against Bolton. You can tell from the caption in the video iteslef (0:48), as well as the fact that Hodgson expresses satisfaction with the overall result (if not a certain penalty decision!).
