I have been running the ARMORED EXHAUST slip-on pipes for about two months. So far so good. The pipes are loud, but that is what I wanted. The pipes give the GT 650 a similar sound as the HD Sportster with drag pipes. They can be loud, but if you are easy on the throttle, you can keep the sound at a reasonable level when you pass animals, children, police, Etc. and then when you want to be heard give the throttle a good twist, and they come to life! Big smiles all day long.

There is still a small section of catalytic converter in the original down pipes it is not just in the end muffler 😮

Very cool! Man, I'm hoping Royal Enfield starts making a tiny bit bigger one. I love the looks so much, plus low cost is nice

Did you notice any power gains after the swap? Are you running a high flow air filter too?

No power gains just smiles and yes I have a DNA air filter

This is going to sound dumb, but did you have to reset the ECU for this? I'm debating on getting them for my RE

Sounds amazing on the low RPMs once you get up in the RPMs it's not the best sound
