Thank you bro for this informative video, actually my classic reborn was having 1st service but they have not done the tappet adjustment like this , I showned this video to the RE technician they tried to skip , I told them it is the process u have to do it . They are now searching the tappet gauge and PDC top adjustment

sir mine is also same colour meteor 350..mere koo vo engine se sound mill raha hain parso se after 3rd servicing..jab 3 rd gear meh gari salata hyon toh ek alg si sound deta hain zoor se like auto meh jessa deta hain.service centre meh vi do bar jakke dikhya app jesa ki kiya tha lekin woh log hat se naki tool se..phir vi thik nahi hooa..kiya ess sound se kus problem hoi sakta hain bad mehh??. .

Sir I own a classic 350efi 2020 model 8400k covered recently my bike back tyre sidewall is slightly leaking air out. I want to know whether mrf warrants the replacement of this manufacturer defect ,,tyre point is 98% thread is left on. Please suggest what must be done.

After owning the RE Meteor 350 for one year, here's my review: I am getting a mileage of around 32-38Km. Pros: 1. The bike is comfortable for long rides. 2. The ground clearance is sufficient for touring, as long as you ride like touring bike😊 Cons: 1. The chain requires frequent maintenance. 2.The engine tapping noise is annoying😒 and cannot be completely fixed, regardless of adjustments made.

Hi sir, I just bought supernova brown I have completed just 196 km, I have doughts 1) how to know do our bike has tappet noise issue without visiting to the service station 2) I had done 15 km at 40-50 kmph and start noticing some metalic noise like shock up does but could figured it out 3) does engine change exaust after 25km of ride in traffic? I felt something like it. I might be extra cautious here 4) I filled fuel 15ltrs and now noticing fuel pump keep running always, I can hear a same noise as when we just turn on the self start button. When give it a self pump kick in for few seconds and when bike get start still I can hear a pump noise I asked showroom guy to check he said you have just completed 96km we will check on 1st service.

In my 1st service they asked me to adjust the tapet but I didn't feel any requirement of that but one surprising thing is they told me that I would have to pay Rs 600 to change the gasket where the price of gasket is only Rs 300 on that time . It means they wanted me to pay Rs 300 extra for tappet adjustment. Please tell me did you pay extra for tappet adjustment or you paid only the price of gasket?

Gap gauge use kiya hai 0.18mm bolra hai mene last week mera ghadi classic reborn tapped setting ko ho log bola ki gap should be 0.045mm.
