The sprocket ratio of every motorcycle is decided after a lot of brainstorming by the engineers as per the output of the engine to make sure that it is able to make it in all kinds of terrain with the best possible mileage. Sure you may get some extra initial pick up or a higher top end however, that will hamper the overall performance of the motorcycle.
This is just to demonstrate that you cannot get more out of an engine just by sprocketting as opposed to the stock. I hope this helps get more clarity.. 👍🏻
