Good work with the content lads, try your best to balance out how often you post, as much as I enjoy listening I want to see your channel progress which requires quality over quantity. There’s a lot to take in from these videos especially for those who wish to serve, we don’t mind waiting a couple weeks for a post so long as the conversations r solid. 9:10 I really struggle with getting zone 2 work in. Every time I try I still end up doing myself in or going slightly too fast. How do I find the right running pace that’s not too slow?
