Various problems regarding gas mixtures and facilities required onboard ship are discussed. Preparations are shown, followed by the dive itself and recovery of the divers on completion for decompression.

Interesting film.I didn't realise Saturation diving was so involved and hazardous.I now better understand why such divers on the commercial side are paid so well.Thanks for uploading.

I spent time on HMS Challenger, a few years on the Sat Team and did a 360m dive in Norway. We didn’t get the big bucks just a new pair of Nike Air Trainers 😂

I know the illustrations show HMS Challenger, but I'm assuming they filmed this aboard Seaforth Clansman?
