You might be mixed up with the USAF C-130J-30 Super Hercules or the Australian C-130J-30 Super Hercules? We had both of them fly down to New Zealand, the USAF visited Wellington, Whenuapai Airbase Auckland, and Ohakea. They flew all around the country. We do not have any C-27J's here in New Zealand. We still run the C-130H Hercules and soon will be getting five new C-130J-30s from the USA.. Recently we have test flown one of the new C-130J-30s in Georgia USA

You the Army also use NH90s to lift their equipment right? The Airforce help the Army carry troops if needed. The Navy house and hold Airmen and Soldiers from the Infantry units in the NZ Army... The three branches work together closely as we do not have separate elite units for each branch like what the U.S have... NZSAS, AOS, and STG also work closely with the Army, Navy and Airforce...

The police and the STG world closely with the defence force, some are even trained by the SAS. Are you saying NZ shouldn’t use the best available resources to help deal with the threat of terrorism?

When you're in a state of emergency the last flood in Napier the police continued spraying a stupid plant while people needed help this has nothing to do with terrorism

@@mamingakuri2436 the end of the day napier and east coast was a disaster a mess and more resources could have been utilized but no instead of saving and securing lives they continued to spray a stupid plant now the very pilots (commercial)who risked their lives are been prosecuted cause the pilots who you speak off weren't available due to ongoing operations

yeah you're right, the next time NZ police or firefighters find old bottles of nitroglycerin they shouldn't call the nzdf ordinance disposal unit to come help. I mean separate crown entities that all report to the government, working together using the're unique skills and assets to work as a team for the safety of the public. it is all the Kiwi's have thanks to Jacinda , they have a couple of old Hercs and thats it. No fighters , no warships
