In the UK the "beans" we are referring to, are also called baked beans. They always come in a can with a kind of sweet and savory tomato sauce. Most people just pour it in a pot and heat it up, but personally, I like to add a little seasoning to mine. Then eat it with turkey sausages and warm buttered toast 😋 try it, it's really good, when it's done right.

Yeahhhhhh! You did step that sandwich up a bit Clare! Pepper Jack is my fav on subs also.... I think with cheeses it always depends what I 'm putting it on, but I tend to like the colby jack shredded n the other sliced on bread. Thanks for showing me the way you make that sandwich spread Q. One of my fav things in my older age is to pull up a chair in front of my fridge and mix up some sauces to my taste. I have been able to imitate a lot of the Asian & Mexican mixes I enjoy from restaurants, but this time of year is my soup, salad and sandwich time, and I have never thought to make my own bread spread. I don't eat much bread at all, but I do keep my weight better with sandwiches than cooking meals. I think because I don't eat much on it at all. The other thing was when Clare mixed the lettuce with his sauce. Clare likes all the things the way I like em also, and I consider myself a fine dining type person also, but the way he made that sandwich, ! ! ! ! ? bet I won't slice it real pretty, get some candles and root beer>lol< in my best Champayne glasses and put it on my fine China (I used to have) with REALLLL forks and spoons, (I mostly use plastic now) lol...add a lil Gladys Knight, Jeffrey Osborne, Grover Washington, and whew, bet I feel like I went out! Take a class together... learn something new (TOGETHER) that may have nothing to do with YT. Acctng, clay, house painting, data entry, ANYTHING, just learn a new trade and enjoy doing it together. Beans on toast is yummy 😋 It's actually baked beans (heinz) - melt a lil butter in it and black pepper in a pan. Toast your bread (preferably brown) well and butter it then pour on the beans. Beans on toast voila!

Lmao. You two are so funny. I’m from the Uk (London) and we have baked beans on toast. They are Haricot or Cannellini beans in some sort of tomato sauce, heated up (and you can add butter and black pepper for example) and served on toast. Same goes on top of a jacket potato as well. I would say come visit, but things are crazy here at the moment.

English breakfast : Eggs Scrambled Poached Fried Whatever you like! Heinz beans or Branston beans These are brands of beans Tomato’s sautéed Mushrooms sautéed Sausages Can be chicken or beef or other meats (whatever you prefer) Bread (toasted) obviously buttered Black pudding (it’s not a dessert) It is a blood sausage made from pork or beef (I wouldn’t recommend) Hash browns (potato’s , similar to potato tots) - this isn’t usually in a British/ UK traditional English breakfast but it’s fire!!! Usually served with orange juice or apple juice fresh Coffee or tea Tea is made like this: I like strong tea so I’m basing this off of that. 2 tea bag’s in cup or mug Boil water from the kettle / pot Fill mug with tea bags in almost 3/4 of the way to the top. Add 1 Tea spoon of white granulated sugar or brown caster sugar Alternative for sugar: Honey or agave Stir gently for approximately 30 - 40 seconds , do not wait too long , a thin film crosses over the tea, doesn’t look nice but tastes fine Add full fat milk little bit at a time, to get the colour or taste to your preference Golden brown is what you’re looking for, add more sugar or honey to taste , Tea can be served with breakfast or dessert as a warm drink Brands of tea Tetley tea bags Yorkshire tea bags PG tips tea bags Hope you guys actually make this , would be so cool to see Love from the UK ❤
