The same thing happened to my sons BMW M3. The transport man was very nice and offered to pay for the cars damage. The damage was definitely not as bad as your S class, but it was significantly damaged.

Can I just be super honest for a second, I NEVER USED TO LIKE THE HC Vlogs. I dont know where it changed, but I have such a huge appreciation for this new style. I feel like the shipping company needs to buy you a new S63 so you can swap out the interior and then you can give them the wrecked one and the stock interior parts if they want them. Oh yeah, and cash for labor and for your time and trouble. Sounds reasonable to me if they want to avoid involving insurance and lawyers.

I am so sorry you had to go through this, unfortunately there are a lot of carriers who are cutting corners to make ends meet. Individuals like this are not paying insurance premiums so they can undercut legitimate transporters who have insurance and can no longer be competitive with fuel prices and inflation. I just suspended operations of my transport company for this very same reason. No claims in three years of operations, over 12 million in cars transported, but ultimately it's about bottom line costs, even for very exclusive clients and dealerships.

I think this S63 was my favorite out of the lot. I know that’s sad to say with his collection as crazy as it is with Bugatti’s and cars I can’t even spell with voice spelling (I guess I can’t pronounce them correctly)… I love how AMG does styling with existing body lines…

if you have a estimating software that you could use to figure out the time for labor as well as adding all the parts for the s63 could make it a lot quicker. your body shop should have something like CCCone or Mitchells to configure a full estimate on cost to repair. i believe anything can be fixed. It just takes time and money.

THAT'S you're problem, you're booking on CENTRAL DISPATCH. Also, if you book someone, state it PRECISELY, NO BROKERING OF TRANSPORTS!!! IF the company cannot add you to their certificate of insurance and have a copy sent FROM the insurance company, DO NOT BOOK THEM. IF they show up with NO DOT number on the truck, or it's hand written on the truck, DO NOT GIVE THEM THE VEHICLE!!!!!! The company who brokered out the car, should be responsible for the whole thing. Post the name of the compnay who wrecked the MB so NO ONE ELSE ever uses them. There are too many good companies out there who could have EASILY Moved this vehicle with no problems....

The transporter probably already lives paycheck to paycheck. Are you going to force the transporter to go hungry live in a card board box. Besides jail and a bad credit score they aren't paying anything.
