As a chef I want you to say is lalit wale fried rice is actualy how frid rice is.. And fried Matlab tale hue nahi hote bhaiya... Usko stir fried bolte he Matlab tej aach pe pakana... Chinese khana high flame pe pakta he jise stir fry Kehte he.. And fried rice ka tatse subtle hota he.. I mean normal fried rice ka.. Uske bas boiled rice soya sauce thoda chilli sauce salt and msg itna hi jata he

idk ki delhi mai ye concept hai ki fried rice red dikhna chahiye sab sauces ke saath but mumbai mai aisa nahi hai!!! In mumbai fried rice is exactly what you got from Lalit, the 100 rs fried rice you ate is schezwan fried rice 😂 abh woh taste kaisa tha lalit ka woh aapko pata but asli fried rice toh lalit walo ne hi bheja 😂, street se schezwan fried rice agaya aur wow china walon ne toh kisi shaadi ka bacha hua pulao bhej diya ho aise lag raha tha XD 🙃

Most of the fine dining restaurant in India use chicken stock instead of msg to get that umami flavour. Rice won't seperated and stick if you put stock while making friedrice .

Lalits fried rice is authentic and fried rice are always like this in authentic restaurants. The fried rice you liked from street is actually a modified version of fried rice according to indian taste. So better you do some research before reviewing any food.

Ek taraf Schezwan fried rice and ek taraf hakka fried rice. Isliye colour nhi hai. Aur authentic khana indian palate ke liye nhi hota. But still mai toh street side wala hi prefer karunga but hygienic hone chahiye
