Amid all disputes related to Supreme Court, the position of CJI is talk of the masses. Who is CJI, how he is appointed and what is his role in Indian Judicial System are the questions people want to know.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट को लेकर तमाम तरह की ख़बरों के बीच भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश लगातार चर्चा में हैं। लोग जानना चाहते हैं कि भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति कैसे होती है, उनके अधिकार क्या हैं और भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली में उनकी भूमिका और महत्व क्या हैं?

RSTV is a gem of a channel. Great coverage. Now my point of view is that executive should not have veto over the appointment of judges. We can figure something out how to end nepotism or sycophant in the judiciary system if any. But if executive comes into this then independence of judiciary will be compromised
