👌👌👌..RSTV का एकतरफा प्रस्तुतिकरण था..UP में मायावती के कार्यकाल में हमलोग पर बहुत अत्यचार किया गया लेकिन डर के मारे हम लोग थाने में एक भी FIR नहीं लिखवा सके..उस समय दलित की गलती होने के बावजूद हम लोगो पर पर उल्टा केस चल जाता था..माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय का फैसला स्वागत योग्य है और हम सब स्वीकार करते है..यदि वे जबरदस्ती फैसले को पलटना चाहते है तो 10 अप्रैल की तारीख याद रखना खून ही खून दिखेगा..मायावती के समय मेरे हरे आम के पेड़ जबरदस्ती जला दिया इन गुंडो ने और जब हम लोग थाने और विधायक से शिकायत किया तो बसपा जिलाध्यक्ष ने थाने में फ़ोन करके कहा इसमे कुछ नहीं होना चाहिए हम पिछले 5000 साल का बदला जरूर लेंगे..बस मेरी जाती की जनसंख्या और बढ़ जाने दो बस

सर दलितों के साथ अब भी बहुत अत्याचार हो रहे हैं और कानूनी लड़ाई ना लड़ने के कारण वो कुछ भी नहीं करते। इसके हटने के बाद तो उनका मरना संभव है क्या ये समानता के अधिकार को चुनौती नहीं देता। ओर इस के बाद अब दलितों को ओर अत्याचार झेलना पड़ेगा। सच्चाई यहीं हैं।।

दलितों के सम्मान और अधिकारों की रक्षा होनी चाहिए इसमे किसी को कोई problem नही ...उन्हें आरक्षन में आर्थिक शैक्षणिक सहायता दो इसमे में भी किसी को कोई दिक्कत नही दिक्कत तब होती है जब एग्जाम के मार्क्स में भी उन्हें आरक्षन दिया जाता है..ये बिल्कुल गलत है जिसमे जितनी योग्यता है उसके अनुसार नौकरी मिलनी चाहिए न कि दलितों का राग अलाप कर...अपने आप को वंचित कहने वाले आज देश के सबसे बड़े पंचायत के खिलाफ आवाज उठा रहे है जबकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वन्ही किया है जो सविधान में लिखा है..और इस देश मे सविधान से बढ़कर न तो कोई समुदाय है और न कोई व्यक्ति.. कल को obc gen भी भारत बन्द करेंगे ऐसे में तो देश न चल पायेगा भई... बाबा साहेब ने भी तो 10 वर्ष के लिए ही आरक्षन की बात कही थी...वो याद नही रहा इन अनपढ़ नेताओ को चुनाव के कारण vote बैंक की पॉलिटिक्स करना तो इनके खून में लिखा है... हर एक चीज का protest करने का एक तरीका होता है पर हिंसा का समाज मे कोई जगह नही अगर दलित वर्ग शोषित हो रहे है तो उनकी पुरी रक्षा होनी चाइए पर इसका ये मतलब बिलकुल भी नही की देश मे सिर्फ और सिर्फ दलित ही निवास करते है...ये राज्यसभा विशेष का पहला ऐसा एपिसोड लगा जिसमे सिर्फ एक पक्ष की ही बाते बताई गई है

Nice episode as always.thx. Changes are debatable.. but it also true that no law can create lasting deterrence as it created by inner voice...be it caste or religion..

Tilll special treatment will be given to one or more community i don't think things will change with time but in contrast it will increase hatred among different communities and this is exactly what happening now a days. I believe if there is solution to this problem then it is to bring equality in every aspect of life of citizen for sure i repeat every aspect.....

I think we have examine every policy and acts after implementing them and renew them according to consequences.. Because at once nothing can be perfect.. Like our unequal wealth distribution the reservation is also same thing...those who benifited, getting more benifit.... And actual who should be , still lacking.. So apart from politics we should think about it in constructive way.. And a good construction is always cumulative not at a first shot. Because as time elapse things changes and circumstances changes.. So we have to prepare for always current and not to follow borders...

Nice information....but don't know why experts are not talking about the provisions relating to misuse of this act by the sc/st complainant. Because the other person is also a citizen having regular rights before law such as "equality before law". Everyone is talking about "fear of law"should be there....is this "fear of law"only meant for non-SC/STparty in a dispute? Kindly tell both sides of the story ....so that we can understand such things in a more responsible way....and a strong law remain strong for all of us as a citizen not a class of society. Thanks

इसे राजनीतिक बनाने के बजाए इसे समय परिस्थिति के साथ देखना चाहिए। कोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ जाने के बजाय सरकार को इन मामलों में उनको सुबिधा उपलब्ध करानी चाहिए जो कोर्ट में पैरवी करने में अक्षम है, जैसे अच्छे वकील मुहैया कराना कोर्ट तक पहुंचने में सार्वजनिक वाहनों मे फ्री परिवहन की सुविधा।कोर्ट द्वारा इन मामलों को प्राथमिकता देना इत्यादि। इससे न तो किसी सम्मानित व्यक्ति के सम्मान को बिना वजह ठेस जा पयेगा, बल्कि पिड़ितों को भी ठोस न्याय मिल पायेगा।
