Damn, haven't thought about this game in ages. Always found Trip and Grace both so insufferable that speedrunning their breakup was more entertaining than the true ending

I think that their problem is that neither of them got to fully explore their passions after they got married. Grace talks about interior design and being an artist because she wants to pursue her passion for art. Trip talks about bartending and going to vineyards in Italy because his passion is becoming a bartender/mixologist. I’m not saying marriage gets in the way of pursuing one’s individual interests. BUT in their case, getting married right out of college and miscommunication did prevent them from developing their passions.
