I've pulled the inside propeller shafts/axles and removed the u-joints. You need a large hammer and a stout vise to remove the u-joints. Be careful to support the free side of the axle so that the spider pushes out the joint cap when you strike the ear. It's the kind of thing that's easier to have someone show you in person.
I just got an email that the replacement joints will be her on Friday, so expect the installation video then.
I'm also changing the transmission fluid and filter since so much drained out. (Annual engine oil change too) I picked up some gasket material and brake cleaner for the shaft-to-transmission plates so that I don't have to worry about leaks when I reassemble everything.
