胡萝卜芋泥软欧包
面团配方
胡萝卜:2根(最后取150克)
高筋粉:500克
糖:40克
盐:9克
酵母:5克
黄油:20克
水:200~210克
芋泥馅料
芋头:180克
黄油:10克
糖粉:25克
淡奶油:40克
卡仕达配方
糖:30克
牛奶:150克
低筋粉:15克
蛋黄:30克
煮熟后加黄油:10克
烘烤温度:40升容量 上火180 下火170 20~25分钟
Carrot and taro paste soft European buns
Dough formula
Carrots: 2 pieces (last take 150g)
High gluten powder: 500g
Sugar: 40g
Salt: 9 grams
Yeast: 5 grams
Butter: 20 grams
Water: 200-210 grams
Taro paste filling
Taro: 180 grams
Butter: 10 grams
Sugar powder: 25 grams
Cream: 40g
Kasida formula
Sugar: 30 grams
Milk: 150 grams
Low gluten powder: 15g
Egg yolk: 30g
Add butter after cooking: 10g
Baking temperature: 40 liters capacity. Heat up 180 times. Heat down 170 times for 20-25 minutes

好了,开始正常更了。我爸妈的面包店最近生意比较差,我过来给她帮忙。所以更新就比较慢了。这两天把前几期的存货都发上去了。
