Taro (peeled) 200g
Condensed milk 45g
Purple sweet potato powder 8g
Milk 140g
Cream 70g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
☘️Taro cream
Taro puree 150g
Cream 120g
Icing sugar 20g
Japanese Mayonnaise
Pork floss with seaweed
☘️** Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Bake at 160C/320F for 23 mins, turn to 170C/340F for 5-6 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.
