My Build with her is with Lightcone Choices and Break Effect in Mind I choose 2pc SPD and 2pc HP% with 2pc Keel (Who could Go Wrong with that Combination) Of Course 2pc Break Effect or 4pc Break effect is also the Great choice but i'm building her eiether around her Signature at S1 or MOTP at S5 and considering I think she has a decent amount of Break Effect in her Traces. She's not only gonna Surpass 180% BE but she's definitely gonna Resist more then a Few Debuffs with 15.9% Effect Res on her SPD boots and Effect Res everywhere Else. Here are my Stat Goals Her ERR Rope has 25.5% Break Effect and it's from Keel (My Defacto Support Set) HP: 4000+ Def: 1300+ Break Effect: ~200% Spd: 140 to 150 Range

My 0+1 build will be 2pcs messenger + 2pcs thief. but slightly different on Planar set as I'll be using Broken Keel instead of Penacony since I don't have Ice DPS right now. HP Body, Spd boot, Hp Sphere, ERR Rope. HP ~ 4800 Atk ~ 2000 Def ~ 1200 Spd ~ 158 BE ~ 194.7% ERR - 119.4% EffectRes - 36.5% This calculation is after traces being lights up.

EAE AEA See the problem? On the second rotation you won't be able to recharge it in 3 turns without 5% planar. EAE EAE is SP negative.

@@jett7708 ult is +5, skill attack attack is +70, +5 from trace every turn(allegedly) with +7 on each turn (s4 memories) which is +12 each turn (36 on 3 turns), which is 111, multiply by 1.194 is 132 energy gained. Why are you alternating skill and attack?

My build might be break effect relic set that has HP % and ERR then goes Max HP % set and SPD 6% set bonus. Reason is that getting 36% break effect from relic alone is good plus if I will be using any of those break effect LC. With that, I will not worry much with getting break effect in the minor stats. I can focus on HP and Defense and then Speed in it. Break effect will be just a bonus one. I think that would hit the 180 break effect with a speed that can keep up with the team and enemies with her SIG LC. I could save up for the upcoming characters 👀

Hi nive video. What is when i only have s5 meshing cogs and only at around 80 - 90 break effect. Will this be pretty bad ? and can i also play a def percentage orb and a def percentage body ? because both have break effect and spd subs

Def body and def orb is not great because characters' base DEF are always low if they aren't shielders/tankers. So even with 2 DEF main stats ur DEF isn't going to increase alot. One HP chest one DEF orb or vice versa is the only way to go, no shortcuts buddy

@@facehugger8995 she's not gonna be the one breaking most of the time, but she has an ability that delays the enemy on top of the normal break that happens.

Since farming Echos of War since Launch, I pretty much have an OP break effect set ready to go, which I have not even touched yet. I made sure to save N lock all the good pieces with optimal substats.

Ruan Mei scales exclusively off break effect, both her personal damage and how much she delays enemies from recovering from break scale off of it

I know this will sounds super random but im just very confused about it. Sorry if its much bother but the HSR server isnt really answering me haha XDXD SO basically i was curoous if i have a Blade with 60% crit rate with his set and the 70% crit rste set in herta world that gives 20% dmg bonus from basic and skill. Does the 70% need to be before battle or if the 16% crit rate added from his set (whixh makes it 76% crit rate) already counts to give me the 20% dmg bonus from basic? Idk if i explained myself i have asked this various times but some people tell me one answer and others another haha. I woudl love if u could tell me. ❤ ty

Yes, the extra crit rate you get from that 4-piece Longevous set will push you over the 70% crit rate threshold needed for Rutilant Arena! If you're ever curious if something counts towards stat boosts, just check your character's stats while in battle. \o/

Up to you, the break effect of s1/2 memories can be useful for getting more out of her kit, but you'll need "favorable" aggro RNG to have the same uptime on ult. Most would say that the consistency from s5 cogs is more valuable, but there are fights where you're pretty much guaranteed to catch some hits between ults so a lower memories superimposition is fine.

It is not. Break damage isn’t influenced by elemental damage bonus, only by level (=base atk) and break effect. You can put your sphere mainstat towards survivability like a hp% or def% piece.

Vonwacq will waste 1 turn of her skill at the start of battle. It's only good if you don't initiate a battle with her technique. Penacony gives ERR without ruining your Action Value. Just ignore the 10% dmg bonus.

I'm going for 4p hackerspace, because I intend to use her on Jingliu, and my Jingliu is on the Firmament Glammoth (the 135/160 speed planar set), and I want the 4p hackerspace spd buff to buff my Jingliu to hit that 160 mark. I can hit the 180% BE with subs, signature LC and traces.

Currently my JL has 154 spd without any outside buffs, just need 10% permanent spd buff from Ruan so I can reach 161 spd breakpoint, and bronya also will go over 161.

She buffs EVERY ally in the team, more specifically: 68% damage buff, 30% all type penetration,10% speed buff, 20% break effect buff, 50% break efficiency buff, and extends break state on enemy. Now its your turn to judge what she's worth.

You could borrow her from a friend and try her out with some of your teams when she releases She most likely will be pretty useful in the future, like any Harmony we have, but you could look at your teams and see what you need the lost instead

I’m also guaranteed to get the limited 5* in my next 10 pull, so I genuinely don’t know if I should pull for Ruan Mei or skip 1.6 ? I can probably get around 140 pulls for Black Swan even if I pull for Ruan Mei since I bought the monthly pass. What would you advise me to do ? I really need help…
