@@angusmaxim3450 Respectfully disagree on this take. I feel like his music in that era was some of the best Doctor Who has ever had. If the music seemed "tired" it's only because it was perfectly conveying the main emotion that the Doctor was feeling throughout both his 11th and 12th incarnations, and accurately representing this facet of the era is exactly what good music should be doing.

I genuinely think that this is THE FIRST time he meets Ruby. Anything from before as he's watching her in the clubs and bar nights are just from his future. Maybe this is his last time seeing her and he made the rounds to visit her one last time at the end of the series because something happened to her in the future. His jump into action here makes it seem like he was following the GOBLINS and not Ruby from before. Ruby and him meeting was a coincidence simply based on the fact the goblins are what they're looking for, not each other. They met in the crossfire. That and the fact The Doctor doesn't react to Ruby mentioning him in the club. Speaking of the club, The Doctor saving Ruby's drink with her replying "you were just over there" is an obvious sign that he knew what happened to her drink and the mess she could've caused and went back in time to a point closer to her and fixed that moment. Of course this is the future Doctor we're talking about.

I have a feeling that this more than a gag. That at some point they will circle back and fix it back to "gravity". (BTW, in the real world, Newton didn't invent the word gravity, it was actually used in a similar sense before he was even born. The phenomenon of gravity was already known, and named, long before Newton; he discovered the connection between gravity on planet Earth on the one hand, and the motion of the planet itself, and other celestial objects, on the other. Everybody knew that gravity acted on mundane, earth-bound objects like apples; what Newton discovered is that it also acted on a universal scale. Plus, I'm pretty sure he first wrote about the idea and introduced the terminology in Latin, not in English. So the chances of him calling it "mavity" after one mis-hearing are zero...)

I’m sad we’ll only get Ruby for one season, but it’ll also be nice to have more companions. The ponds were nice but did we really need 2.5 seasons of them, Clara was nice but did she really need 3 seasons? the fam were cardboard cut outs and I’m not even gonna pretend they weren’t, but they ALL got 3 seasons! To put that in perspective, every doctor in new who except Christopher Eccleston got 3 seasons (and Eccelston only got 3 because he was dealing with mental health issues and wanted to step down early). I love those companions, but we need some verity, so companions are just gonna have to stay for shorter.

I've watched this quite a few times, and only just noticed: When Ruby mounts the ladder, the Doctor comes up from *behind* her. Meaning that, when he too jumps on, they should be on the same side of the ladder -- except, at that moment, Ruby ends up facing the other way, allowing him to jump and be face-to-face with her. That's not necessarily a plot hole: one possible explanation (others can no doubt come up with more answers) is that the Goblin Ship started turning in mid-flight (when the camera wasn't on it) changing the ladder's angle vis-a-vis the building, and the Doctor. But it's still a bit weird, once you notice it

@@93Chowo We saw the Tardis' dressing room in Tennant's first episodes, and it is basically an infinite spiral. It seems odd that the Doctors tend to wear the same outfit all the time.

Even so I haven´t watched the classic episodes it seems that the different Doctors had variations of their "Base Outfit and it would make sense that the Doctor doesn´t always wear the same clothes but each incarnation has their own style. The 10th Doctor for example wore different suits with or without the cloak but still a clothing style you wold associate with this form. Having the 15th Doctor have different styles sometimes more casual and sometimes fitting to the time period they´re in is also a nice idea.

Just realized that Millie Gibson is the first companion who’s my age (in fact, she’s 4-5 years younger than me!) when her first episode is released! I’m 23 (24 this year) and everyone from Billie Piper to the fam in Chibnall’s era has all been older than me when their first episodes were released! More sails. On conventional ships the sails need to be on top so they don't tip into the water while tacking. On a flying ship you can put them on the sides too.

@@sirvictorgreenblade9469Sadly so, I really think it was a big mistake to call him the 15th Doctor, it’s ok if the lives get messed up, but calling the same actor 2 numbered doctors just isn’t right, Ncuti is the 14th Doctor to me, and David Tennant is the 60th Anniversary Doctor.
