I have tried this recipe and it turned out great n delicious... The only changes I did was I skipped the step of frying with some oil I bhunofy it... So with less gravy it became more juicy n tender...

Ruby aunty if we want to do whole tenderizing process earlier and fry later should we add cornstarch at the time of frying or the same time while cooking the way you do . Thanks 🙏🏻
