ingredients :
ಗೋಧಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು / wheat flour - 1 cup
ಚಿರೋಟಿ ರವೆ / chiroti sooji - 1 tbsp
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - a pinch
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ / sugar - a pinch
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - 1 tsp
ಗಸಗಸೆ / poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
ಅಕ್ಕಿ / raw rice - 2 tbsp
ತುಪ್ಪ / ghee - 1 tsp
ಹಸಿ ಕಾಯಿತುರಿ / fresh grated coconut - 1 bowl
ಬೆಲ್ಲ / jaggery - 1 bowl ( 500 gram )
( soak these ingredients in 1/2 cup of warm milk )
ಬಾದಾಮಿ / almonds - 8
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ / cashews - 8
ಖರ್ಜೂರ / dates - 5

ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ / elaichi - 4
ಹಾಲು / milk - 1 cup
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - for deep fry
