ingredients :
ಸಿಪ್ಪೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಹೀರೇಕಾಯಿ / peeled and chopped big ridge gourd - 750 gram
ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ / toor dal - 1/2 cup
ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ / moong dal - 1/2 cup
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ / chopped tomato - 2
ಕಾಯಿತುರಿ / grated coconut - 1/2 cup
ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ / urad dal - 1 tbsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ / cumin seeds - 1.5 tsp
ಹಸಿ ಶುಂಠಿ / ginger - 1/2 inch
ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ / green chilies - 6
ನಿಂಬೆಹಣ್ಣು / lemon - 1
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - 1 tsp
ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ / turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
ಇಂಗು / hing - 1/4 tsp
ತುಪ್ಪ / ghee - 1 tbsp
ಸಾಸಿವೆ / mustard seeds - 1 tsp
ಒಣ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ / dry chilli - 2
ಕರಿಬೇವು / curry leaves - 2 strip
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು / chopped coriander leaves - little
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - as per taste
ಕುಟ್ಟಿದ ಕಾಳುಮೆಣಸು / crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp
